Post Falls Music Academy to Make Carnegie Hall Debut in 2026

We are thrilled to announce that Post Falls Music Academy students and teachers will be making their Carnegie Hall debut on July 22, 2026! This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity will allow our young musicians to stand on the same legendary stage where world-renowned performers such as Tchaikovsky, George Gershwin, Judy Garland, The Beatles, and Yo-Yo Ma have made history.

Carnegie Hall, built in 1891 in New York City, has become one of the most prestigious concert venues in the world. To walk onto its stage is to step into over a century of musical legacy and inspiration. For our students, this performance represents far more than a recital. It is a chance to grow in confidence, develop their artistry, and take part in an achievement that will stay with them forever.

Participation in this event will not only inspire each student’s personal musical journey but will also become a standout highlight on college and scholarship applications. Families will treasure the memories of their children performing at one of the world’s greatest concert halls.

We are so proud of our students and overjoyed to offer them this incredible experience. Spaces are limited, so we encourage families who want their child to be part of this milestone event to sign up soon. Together, let’s celebrate our students’ hard work, dedication, and passion for music on one of the most famous stages in the world!

Pet of the Month: Martial

We have an amazing cat we found outside a Martial Arts studio near Spokane street and promptly named her Martial! She loves to have time outside. She's not much of a ninja though so we keep her on a leash when she explores the great outdoors. She's about 3 years old now. Gets lots of cuddles and attention, purrs a lot, and even drools when really happy! --The Hickman Family Do you have a cute pet? Send an email of your cute pet to: info@postfallsmusicacademy.com and your pet could win a $10 gift card to Petco!

Student of the Month

Victoria, piano

We are pleased to announce Victoria as the Post Falls Music Academy student of the month!

Victoria is 9 years old and has been studying piano for almost a year.  She is a 4th grader at Greensferry Elementary School.

Her favorite color is peach. She loves to eat spaghetti. Yum!

Her favorite song to play is "Water Divenire”

When she is not playing piano, Victoria likes to play volleyball and cook!

Her teacher, Miss Lauren, says: “Victoria always comes to lessons prepared.  She is a great listener and practices hard, and is also so sweet and kind. She brings light and energy everywhere she goes. She is wonderful. I'm happy and proud she gets student of the month!

Congratulations Victoria for your hard work and awesome attitude.
